FONE CARE & VAPE is a full walk-in shop for phones, tablets and laptops on Kilburn High Rd in Kilburn London. Here is what we handle at the counter.

Battery replacementHandsets are sold new and second hand, Samsung A series and Galaxy alongside iPhone, and the phone is switched on and shown working before you pay for it.
Charging faults and adviceEverything comes across from the old phone to the new one at no charge. Photos, contacts and messages, usually inside the hour while you sit in the shop.
Water damageHeadphones that have gone quiet on one side are worth showing us before you replace the pair. Small jobs on the counter often carry no charge at all.
Screen protectors fittedWe are open until half eight every day except Sunday, when the door closes at eight, so there is room to call in after work rather than book time off.

Data moved across free

Handsets on the shelf, Samsung and iPhone among them, with the data from your old phone moved across free while you wait. Most transfers are done inside the hour, and cases and screen protectors go on before you leave.

Cases and protectorsRefillable kits and disposables are kept at the counter beside the repair bench, which is why plenty of people leave with one while their data is still copying across.
Headphones and earbudsE-liquids in a range of strengths, with coils and pods to match the device already in your pocket.
Chargers and cablesIf you are new to it, say what you are using now and you will be pointed at something sensible rather than the dearest thing on the shelf.

The other half of the shop is vapes, devices, pods and liquids, so people picking up a phone repair often leave with both. Anyone on Kilburn High Road can walk in from 10am to 8.30pm, and 10.30am on a Sunday.
